We roast the Top 2% of beans grown in the world, roasting coffee the old-fashioned way - in small batches to exacting specifications. We roast only the Top 2% of beans grown in the world, Specialty Class 1 Arabica - so 98% of the coffee grown in the world does not meet our standards. We use Fluidized Air Bed Roasters, so our beans are constantly suspended in hot air, until they reach the perfect level of roasting. This ensures no beans get left behind or stuck on the bottom, and get burned.
